caught in the middle

hmmmm very very very confused for nw.
i am in the middle of making some stupid decision sia. should i go up my pes status? and this up grading is nt a 100% will up grade de sia. but if i up liao then my operation hw?
1 main reason i wanna up is abt my rank thingy. but i scared lata i up liao in the end hw am i gonna request for a operation sia.... cos this up grade requires one memo frm my doc. and hw i am gonna ask for a memo stating tt i am fit to take ippt.. g8~
and if i nv up pes then my op when i will b going for it i also haven decide for nw.
i am really sian sia....
some more i heard abt the NPC at orchard need ppl for SA. and i am so....
